I believe I have a solution for you. It sounds like you need the Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Range Hoods # BVD0278-00. This is a 2 speed fan motor designed to fit Ventline Range Hoods which is what it sounds like you have.
This is pretty similar to the # BCD0314-00 but is for ventline range hoods and not bathroom motors.
