Replaces a damaged fan motor on your RV range hood or roof vent. If replacing an older model motor, a new fan blade (sold separately) is also required. Fits Ventline P, S0721, B, and T Series range hoods and Ventadome or Vanair roof vents.

Specs:
- Motor length: 1-1/2"
- Motor output: 1.2 amps at 13.6 volts DC
If you are replacing an older motor, then you'll have to order a new, compatible fan blade (sold separately) along with the replacement motor. To determine if you have an old motor, measure the length of the motor from end to end. (You should measure just the case of the motor - excluding shafts and mounting hardware. See the diagram above.) If the motor measures 2" long, then it is an older motor and the fan blade should also be replaced. A new motor will measure 1-1/2" in length.

Once I received it the installation was easy. Glad to have a bathroom fan again. I did not buy a new fan attachment. Just used the old one.

Item arrived before the anticipated shipping date and was exactly as described and pictured. This new fan motor is quieter than the original motor was when it was new. Attached photo is of old motor and fan blade. Fan blade was able to e re-used.

This unit will not fit my ventline range hood in my camper. I could have made it work by making my own mounting bracket. I found the old type motor in an old junk camper. The old motors have the mounting bolts in the back not the front like this unit.

Bolted right and seems to be stronger than the old one. The replacement of the old one went well. The old one had a dead spot in it, at time it would not start.

By accident the Canadian version of this motor was sent to me. etrailer is re-sending the U.S. version promptly. Mistakes happen, correcting them to the customer's satisfaction creates brand loyalty! I feel very comfortable using etrailer for my RV product purchases.

This was a replacement for an existing range hood fan motor. Easy to install. Use existing wires to connect to motor so you don't have to take the range hood apart.

The product is great comes in original packaging but only one thing, I thought it comes with the fan blade gotta order the blade that matches it. Haven't used the product bc my old motor has a bigger shaft and cannot use the old blade.

The motor # BVD0218-00C comes with a bracket you can screw into the support and then attach the fan blade # BVC0466. - Is Replacement Fuse Needed for the Ventline 12V DC Motor BVD0218-00The fuse that was included with your BVD0218-00 motor is to ensure that it is up to specs for Canadian laws. If you live in the US then you can use part # BVD0218-00-R but if you live in Canada or you are wanting to use the fuse anyways then you need part # BVD0218-00C instead which includes the fuse. I personally like the idea of having the fuse included just for extra safety so I recommend using the latter part.
