question have 2000 f150 4.6 previous owner cut off harness under dash so now bear wires can i use part hm47715 and attach it to bear wire under dash thanks alot.

Since your 2000 Ford F-150 came with the wiring under the dash you can install the Curt Discovery # C84VV but I recommend using the Universal Wiring Adapter # C51515 and Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 instead of the Custom Wiring Adapter # C51322.

The universal adapter has blunt cut wires that you'll attach per function (see below) while the custom adapter is designed to connect directly to that connector that was cut off from under your dash. Here are the connections you'll make for the universal wiring:

Blue - 7-Way Output to Trailer
Black - 12V Power
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch (only gets hot when brake pedal is pressed)
