Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Honda CRV That Doesn't Require Moving Lift Gate Sensors

Question:
I just bought my 2017 CRV and it has the auto tailgate that opens by making a kicking motion under the rear bumper. Honda wanted almost $1000.00 to relocate the sensor add an adaptor and install the hitch. I really dont care about the auto feature and asked if they could still install the Honda hitch without all the relocating and adaptors. The answe was of course no. Do you know if I can use one of the hitches you sell without all the extra work? Specifically I have the 2017 AWD touring model.

The Draw Tite Hitch part # 76128 is a fit for your 2017 Honda CR-V and would be a great option for you. It does not require the removal of any sensors and the auto lift gate will still function. You'll just have to kick to either side of the hitch opening.
This also fits your Touring model too since this hitch fits all models.
