Can B&W Gooseneck Trailer Hitch and Air Bags be Installed at the Same Time on a 1999 Dodge Ram

I use to have a truck that had the airbags below the frame and had a bandw gooseneck hitch are these bags available like that I think the call it inside the frame airbags

As long as the air bag mounting brackets do not mount in the same place on the truck frame as the B&W gooseneck brackets then you can install air bags on a 1999 Dodge Ram. Firestone kit # F2071 would not work because it mounts on the outsides of the truck frame rails the same as the gooseneck brackets. Looking through the other air bag options for the truck all of them have upper brackets that would interfere.
Another option is a Timbren set up # TDR1525H2. It can be used on a 1500 or 2500 1999 Ram truck. Its upper brackets mount to the bottoms of the truck frame rails so they will not interfere with gooseneck brackets.
If you have a 3500 I would need to know if it is a 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. If you have a 3500 and it is a 2-wheel drive you can use # TDR3500B. But if you have a 3500 4-wheel drive use # TDR3500.
