Hey Sunil, thanks for reaching out. The Hitcholder In-Bed Storage Brackets are a great option for keeping your adjustable ball mount secured and out of the way in your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. They can mount on either side of the truck bed, so I'd recommend using the side without the MOLLE panels to keep everything accessible and avoid interfering with your existing setup. They also work with most major adjustable hitch brands, including B&W, BulletProof Hitches, and Weigh Safe.
