The height setting for your Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16064 will depending on the difference between the height of your bed and height from the ground to the king pin plate while the trailer is level. For example if your bed height is 40" and the king pin plate height is 55" then you would have a 15" difference and would want to place your hitch at 15" tall.
When setting the height of your 5th wheel hitch you also need to keep in mind that you'll need to have at least 6" of space between the nose of the camper and the top of your bed rails.
