What is the OD outside diameter of part #01292-008 Conical tooth washer? Thank you, Dave

I was able to pull the Reese Conical Toothed Washer # 01292-008 from our warehouse and measured the outer diameter at 1-1/4 inches.The inner diameter is 1/2 inch.
