Torque and Grease Specs for Sidewinder Pin Boxes

Question:

What is the torque specs for the turret bolts on a Reese Sidewinder and should a lubricant recommended between the nylon plate or just on the wedge?

For the swivel arm, the torque should be 150 ft-lbs for the wedge bolts and for the lockout bolts the torque should be 275 ft-lbs (lock out bolts are an optional item). Grade 8 bolts going through outer cap (be sure wear disc is properly lined up) should be torqued to 45 ft-lbs. Pin box torque is as specified in the instructions.
A. 1/2 inch Bolts GR5 90 ft-lbs
B. 5/8 inch Bolts GR5 150 ft-lbs
C. 3/4 inch Bolts GR5 275 ft-lbs

I attached a picture that shows the areas of the turret that you should apply white lithium grease to. You should also grease the surface on both sides of the wedge, the back side of the pin, and the skid plate surface.
