New Dump Valve Seals Look Good And Went In Easy But Now Can't Pull The Dump Handle

Question:
After installing the new seals I could not pull the dump handle. Did I tighten the bolts to tight? I had soap and water on them. The new seals looked good and went in easy. First RV 1972. 15 RVs 8 DSL. Last 2016 age 93 Thanks

The Valterra Bladex RV Waste Valve Seals - 1-1/2" - Qty 2, # T1001-9VP, may have just been tightened too much. I suggest giving them a little more room to work by loosening those bolts a little. It sounds like they are overly compressed.
