I have a 2016 ram 2500 diesel 4x4. Looking for HEAVIEST duty tire chains for both front and rear. I would like to be able to use them off-road also in heavy snow or ice. I go off-road a lot!! Would you please recommend chains that I could place on my truck frontif possibleand rear and not destroy it w the chains...285 60r20 2016 ram 2500 diesel 4x4. Thanks!!

I did some research on your 2016 Ram 2500.
Per the owner's manual tire chains can only be used on the rear tires. For your 285/60R20 tires, the heavy-duty chains we offer are the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Chains w/ Cams for Wide Base Tires, part # TC3229SCAM. These are a ladder-pattern manganese nickel alloy chain with square links that are excellent in snow and on ice. These include cam tighteners so adjusting is easy. When using these chains the maximum speed rating is 30-mph.
To secure the tire chains I strongly recommend tire chain adjusters like part # TCMA2.
I have attached a page from the owner's manual you can check out. The tire size you listed is not an option for tire chains, so I recommend checking with your dealership to see if using chains is an option for your tires. Many times the problem is with clearance between the tires and the inside of the wheel well. There may be lines interfering with the use of chains so you want to make sure you can use them.
