Replacement Pin And Clip For Sportsrack 4 Bike Rack SR2404

I lost the 3.5 inch bolt with a hole in it and the cotter pin that goes in the hole to keep my sportsrack 4 bike rack from pivoting up and down. Its a 4 bike sportsrack I got at Uhaul. I think it is a SR2404. Can I get a replacement part or do you have a lock that can be used in place of it? Thanks
