Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at this replacement half inch diameter anti rattle hitch pin and clip for the Curt Bike Racks. Now this is a replacement anti rattle hitch pin. It's designed to fit the Curt bike racks part number 18020, 18021, 18030, 18064, and the 18065. All those bike racks we do sell separately on our website.

Basically this pin here is designed to hold the bike rack shank in the receiver tube to the vehicle's hitch, and then you can tighten it down using a three quarter inch wrench to prevent any vibrations or noise. This package will include everything shown here includes the anti rattle pin, the clip and the hardware all for installation. Now if you notice what's nice, is the clip itself has this key ring attached to it, and that's to keep it from losing from, keep from losing your clip and keep it attached to a key ring. But basically when you go to install this, you'll slide it in and then thread this into the shank of your bike rack, tighten it all the way down, and then put your clip on the other side there and you're all ready to go. Replacement Threaded Bolt for a 17" x 46" Curt Cargo Carrier C18145
Hey Michael, welcome back! You can use the Replacement Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for Curt Bike Racks item # C82NR with the 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier item # C18145. It's a 1/2" hex bolt with a 13 thread pitch. I don't have the length but if you're sourcing a replacement at a local hardware store you would just want to measure to either side of your hitch receiver. If you're interested in adding a locking hitch pin, the item # S64029 has the same thread pitch and works with the Curt cargo carriers.

If you're needing a new locking anti-rattle, threaded hitch pin for your Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack item # S94FR, you'll want item # S64027. This was designed in response to that Toyota hitch and has a 4-1/2" insertable span. Is this what you're needing the hitch pin for?
