Will this box securely mount to a boat trailer tongue? So it is only attaching to a single bar below..

The DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717P includes mounting hardware (washers and sheet metal screws) to allow installation on a standard a-frame trailer. The exact nature of your trailer's mounting point for the box could mean that you will need alternate/additional hardware to install it. If you refer to the linked sample installation video you'll note that due to this particular trailer's cross member height some additional washers were needed for proper installation. Similar adjustments to the installation can be required depending on the trailer.
If your trailer does not have suitable mounting points for the box to properly support its weight when loaded you may need to add some reinforcement under the box.
