Hey Sarah! The etrailer Trailer Tool Box item # e44VV is going to attach to your trailer using hardware that corresponds to the height of your coupler's frame. The instructions call for you to drill 4 holes through the base of the tool box for mounting. You'll want to use hardware that is a minimum of 1/8" in diameter. Then you'll place it over the trailer's tongue and drill holes into the frame matching the size of the hardware you're using to attach the box.

I have linked the installation instructions below so you can see the steps I have described in greater detail. I do recommend sourcing your hardware locally since you're going to need to determine what size you need based on the thickness of your trailer's coupler.
