Would you be able to tell me which model type of thule cross bars I need to purchase to fit a toyota rav4 2014 so that I can mount a cargo box? thanks!

The most popular Thule crossbars for your 2014 Toyota RAV4 are the 53 inch WingBars # TH711400, in silver or # TH711420 in black. You'll need the Evo raised rail feet # TH710401 as well. These will fit your RAV4 as long as you have the raised rails that run from front to back on the roof.
If you have the RAV4 EV we do not have a Thule rack available. If that's the case the best rack for you is the Curt # C18118 because of the aero bars.
