Question:

I need to replace the connector plug on the motorhome. The wiring connects to a tow vehicle. Is this the replacement part for Pollak PA66-MD40?

Although this replacement part looks a little different than your OEM 7-way connector socket, the Pollak Replacement 7-way, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket, # PK11893-11933 is the correct replacement part for your Pollak PA66-MD40.

Is it possible to buy just the cover plate. My harness is fine. The cover plate broke off therefore the plug from the trailer will not stay in. If I can buy just the cover plate, what would be the cost?

We have just the 7-Way connector by itself with part # PK11893, but not the actual plate (without the socket). This will at least work to resolve your issue though. Pricing is listed on the product page.
