Although this replacement part looks a little different than your OEM 7-way connector socket, the Pollak Replacement 7-way, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket, # PK11893-11933 is the correct replacement part for your Pollak PA66-MD40.
This replacement part connects the socket directly to the OEM wiring harness and matches up with the plug on your vehicle. Please check out the attached review video for additional info.

Is it possible to buy just the cover plate. My harness is fine. The cover plate broke off therefore the plug from the trailer will not stay in. If I can buy just the cover plate, what would be the cost?
