Question:
I ordered replacement lock cylinders THLOCKN162 for T2 rack, looks like they dont work in the cable. Is there a different lock cylinder that works in the cable lock?

Expert Reply:
The lock core part # THLOCKN162 is designed to fit in the lock core location of the cable of your Thule T2. Did you use a change key? What you would need to do is insert a change key like part # 853-1251 into the core and then insert the core and key into the cable lock. Pulling out the change key with the core in place will install it.
