Question:
After installing the Timbren TDR2500D i noticed that the AEON does not sit centered to the axle stopper, is that normal for a 2015 Ram 2500 4x4

Helpful Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Timbren, and he confirmed that it is normal for the rubber spring to not sit directly in the center of the axle stopper. The reason for this is the spring location is compensating for axle movement, since the axle doesn't move straight up and down when going over bumps or dips.
As long as you followed the instructions for the installation of the Timbren # TDR2500D and installed the Aeon rubber spring in place of the existing bump stop, your Timbren springs are ready to go.
