The MaxxAir FanMate Rain Cover, part # MA00-955003 is specifically designed to fit the MaxxAir MaxxFan. The MaxxAir MaxxFan like part # MA00-04500K fits in a standard 14-inch x 14-inch opening.
As the attached video shows the rain cover part # MA00-955003 comes with 2 different types of mounting hardware. One set of hardware attaches to the mounting tabs located on the base with the fan. If the fan does not have the mounting tabs on the base you can install the cover by attaching the included brackets into the ports on the fan base of the MaxxAir MaxxFan.
