I have just the weight distribution for you and your 16 x 7 Haulmark Cargo Trailer.
For the weighs you mentioned the 10,000lbs Equal-i-zer system # EQ37101ET will work great for your 2015 Ram 3500 SRW and 2-5/16 inch coupler on your Haulmark. This system has a 4-point sway control system that doesn't include a shank already so that you can get the one you need. The Equal-i-zer shank I recommend for you is the # EQ90-02-4400 which has a 9 inch drop.
The only optional add-on you may be interested in is the special thin-walled socket which is special to the Equal-I-zer hitch ball installation and removal # EQ70-00-4800.
Typically you would likely benefit from a weight distribution system if:
•Your trailer weight (GTW) is more than 50 percent of your vehicle's weight (GVWR)
•The rear of your tow vehicle sags when the trailer is hooked up
•You experience trailer sway
•Your tow vehicle's headlights point upward
•You find it difficult to steer or stop your rig
•You want to tow to the highest capacity allowed by your vehicle's trailer hitch
I have linked all the products mentioned above as well as a review video of the Equal-I-zer weight distribution for you to check out.
