Will these rails work on a rees 18K slider

Yes, the Curt rails that come with the Fifth Wheel Rail kit part # C16420-204 are confirmed as a fit to work with Reese fifth wheel hitches like your Reese 18k slider. As long as your hitch isn't and Elite or Signature Series hitch like part # RP30144 which is designed to fit underbed pucks these rails would be all that you would need.

If you do have an Elite style Reese hitch you would instead need the rail kit part # RP30074.
