I did not receive any instructions where does the spring ,bolt n nut , clip go

The spring and clip you mentioned that is included with the Replacement Head, part # BWRVC3006 is the leveling kit. The spring is designed to keep tension on the head and keep it from flopping.

I have attached a page from the Companion installation instructions that describes how to install and adjust the kit you can check out.

@TerryF You can only get it directly from B and W oddly enough. They do not offer it as a replacement part.
