Can I use this Pro Series 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider, Rails and Install Kit - Slide Bar Jaw - 15,000 lbs Item # PS30129 with a orbital-rotating-pin-box number RTPB 83-1622-03 that is on my travel trailer or is there a better option thank you

Yes, you can use the Pro Series Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch part # PS30129 with the Mor/Ryde Orbital Rotating Pin Box that you mentioned. Since this pin box is designed for turning clearance with short bed truck you'd just need to leave the slider mechanism slid all the way forward at all times.
