Question:

Hello, I am trying to replace the rubber bike straps for an older Thule bike rack. It is stamped with Elasto Tec 642500. I can provide pictures if needed. This strap does not match any of the pictures shown on your website. My hopes are you could point me in the right direction. Thanks!

We do carry replacement rubber cradle straps for the many bike rack brands we carry, including Thule. Do note that sometimes the original design strap will have been replaced with a new version, that while still compatible, may appear different. Since your rack is an older model this may be the case.

For example, for their Raceway platform carrier you can use part # 853-7803; part # 852-3006-001 fits a range of their hanging-style racks like their Apex, Gateway, Helium Aero, Parkway and others.
