Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Replacement Cradle Strap for the Thule Parkway Bike Racks. If you're needing to replace a cradle strap for your Thule Parkway bike rack, then this just might be the strap that you need. Specifically, this is going to work with the Parkway bike racks with the item numbers that you see on the screen. And then let me pull out my ruler here and just give you some overall measurements.
The overall length of this strap, we are sitting right at 5 1/8 inches long, and then the measurement of the adjustment hole width, and not the inside width of the hole but the actual outside width of the hole, we are sitting right at about 5/8 of an inch. Now, this does include one cradle strap. And because this is the replacement from Thule, you can have the confidence that this is going to work with your Parkway bike racks. I was so happy to find exactly what I was looking for at an awesome price! Recieved them in the mail within a week and was NOT dissapointed. I just purchased a used bike rack and the straps were so thick and non stretchy I couldn't put them on, I took one of my straps off my thule bike rack and saw that it worked great. There straps for my Thule 4 position Parkway Bike Rack, are in my opinion one of the best systems to secure my bike for transport. eTrailer Customer service did an outstanding job of support my order. This item was Out of Stock 6 months ago, so I called directly instead of using the web. site, spoke to Paula and the rest of the Order process with flawless! I have dealt with eTrailer four times in the last 10 years, inclduing Hitches, Equipment, etc. and every time the experience has been very satisfactory. This company is a "Class Act" in their field.

Thank you Crystal for the help with my bike rack straps. Etrailer is the best! My local bike stor wanted $50 for the straps that etrailer sent me for $12!!! We are just getting started riding bikes and did not want to break the bank doing it. The used bike rack was only $40 the thought of spending $50 for straps just to use it floored me. I will be back to buy from trailer for any trailer or hitch need in the future. We are retiring so a camp trailer with our bikes on back is on the wish list we buy used so etrailer can make having fun aforadable.

These straps are doing there job just fine a year later. I appreciate etrailers parts support.
I don't think these bike hold downs are as good as the originals. I was driving down the road when I looked in my mirror to notice the bike tied down, was swinging in the wind. I pulled over immediately and found one strap holding and the other came off the peg. I know I made sure both straps were in the proper place when I left with the bike attached. I guess I got Really Lucky I didn't lose my bike to the highway.

Better than the original!
Tried buying these at local bike shops and on[line] but they either weren’t available or more expensive. One bike shop tried to sell me the wrong straps. etrailer came through and I’ve purchased replacement straps several times to keep them on hand. Fair price, good service. Great purchase, use the rack and straps every weekend.
The product is pretty straightforward. It is a replacement for the exact straps I have on the auto bike rack. They work well, which is why I wanted the exact same item as a replacement. I lost two more of the straps in the last year. Super stoked that I had bought the replacement strap and a spare.
Could use one more space for one of the bikes.
We were grateful to find the cradle straps for our old Thule bike rack (since Thule doesn't sell the replacement straps anymore). After searching the internet we found that etrailer sells them. After looking at reviews we were hesitant to order them. We called and ordered them on the phone and everything went perfectly. We needed the straps quickly to transport our bikes for a triathlon and paid extra for quicker shipping. They arrived yesterday and they are exactly what we needed.
