is there anyway to turn my head 90 degrees on my power hitch jack model 1817941

There isn't an easy way to rotate just the head on an A-frame trailer jack such as # LC285318 or your 1817941. What you can do is rotate the entire jack and bolt it back down. This will result in a greater than 90 degree rotation but is the only way that you could turn an A-frame jack.
