Question:

Whats the difference of putting a tire on a 5inch or 6inch wide wheel? Is one better than the other?

A given tire size is usually suited to a range of wheel widths. For example, a 205/75-15 tire like what's used on the # AM32238B you referenced can comfortably fit on a 15 inch diameter wheel ranging from 5 inches to 6-1/2 inches wide.

The wheel used on the # AM32238B wheel/tire combo is 5 inches wide which is well within the acceptable range of widths. As long as you're within that acceptable width range, you'll be fine.
