Where are the 2 screws located to remove the lower grille?....thanks

It's not necessary to remove any portion of the front bumper fascia to install the Draw-Tite front mounted receiver # 65063 on a 2010-2015 Ram 2500 or 3500, as you can see in the video I've linked for you.
The installation procedure involves removing the factory tow hooks, slipping the hitch through the slot in the bumper and replacing the factory tow hooks to their original position so the hitch is sandwiched between the tow hook and the truck's bumper structure.
