Recommendation for 4.80-12 Size Tires for Shorelandr Boat Trailer

Question:

Hello, could u match all available tire and tire/rim combos to my Shorelandr trailer part number? part number is 4300290 Tire T Silver Spoke Rim 4.80 x 12 LR-B. Thanks

We have several options to replace your existing 4.80-12 size tires. Based on my research, that tire has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern. I have attached a link to all of our 4.80-12 size tires with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern for you. All of the tires we offer in that size come already on a wheel.

To replace your existing Load Range B tire and wheel, I recommend the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12 Inch White Wheel # AM30580. This tire has a 785 pound max load at 60 psi. I have attached a review video for you.

If you'd like to change to a Load Range C tire, I recommend the Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12 Inch White Mod Wheel # TTA36RR. This tire has a 990 pound maximum load rating at 90 psi. I have attached a review video of this tire for you as well.

As long as you have enough wheel well clearance available, you can make this switch. An ST175/80R13 tire/wheel like the Kenda Karrier # AM31994 will be about 2.2" larger in diameter/height and about 1.4" wider than your existing tires. Unless you're cutting it really close as-is, I don't think there will be any problems.
