Have a locksmith here trying to pick the skybox locks. if he cannot succeed, how can I remove old cores once I order and receive a replacement Same Key lock cores, keys, and master key?

If you cannot open your Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Cargo Box you can use their Same Key System (SKS) Lock Core Kit # Y07202 to remove the existing core and replace it. This kit includes the Control Key needed to remove the old core, two new lock cores and two matching keys. Please refer to the linked video.
The Control Key can be used any time you need to remove and replace a Yakima lock from your roof box or other SKS-compatible Yakima product. The Control key alone is also available as part # Y8007835.
