Question:
Does part number TC2228CAM fit a 2015 4 Runner with tire size 265/70/17? I ask as the chains seem a bit long and I may have ordered the wrong pair. Thanks.

Yes, the Titan Snow Tire Chains # TC2228CAM will fit many tire sizes including the 265/70-17 tires on your 2015 Toyota 4Runner. These chains include cam tighteners that take up the slack for a proper fit so you do not have to count links. An installation video is linked for you.
It is recommended that you check your particular 4Runner owner's manual for any guidance regarding use of tire chains. I reviewed an online manual on the Toyota site and it indicates that chains of the appropriate size (like the Titans) may be used on the REAR tires only and only up to a speed of 30-mph. Do note that no tire chains allow for normal-speed driving.
If you want to use the optional rubber adjusters on these chains you can use part # TCMA2. These feature multiple arms that will keep proper tension on your chains even if one of the arms were to break.
