Question:
We Purchased the TC2220CAM tire chains a couple of months ago and I tried the mon for the first time today and they do not fit. They are going on a 2017 F-150 with tire size 265/60/18. all indications on say they should fit but attached are pictures of times with loose cams and tightened. I attached the chains at the last available link. We are two weeks out from our trip to the snow. pictures attached hopefully its user error and you can provide some guidance based on pictures. otherwise how do i go about getting replacements?

From the part number and the photos you provided, I am assuming you mean the Titan Snow Chains # TC2228CAM for your 265/60-18 tires on your 2017 Ford F-150. You are correct in determining that these chains will fit your tires.
As far as troubleshooting the fitment issue, the first thing you need to check is to make sure there is no overlap of any of the links (they should all be completely spread out without bunching). The next thing is tightening; from the photos, it looks like the issue is at the bottom half of the chains. To fix this problem, I recommend tightening them the best you can and then gently driving a few feet to make more adjustments to that part of the chain if needed. One thing that will make all of this easier is the Titan Chain Rubber Arm Adjusters # TCMA2. Not only will these tensioners help you with troubleshooting the chains, it will also help keep your chains tight after each trip.
If you try the mentioned troubleshooting suggestions and you are still having trouble, feel free to reach back out to me in a response to this answer.
