Trailer Running Light and 12 Volt Circuits No Working on 2011 Nissan Frontier 2011 Suzuki Equator

Question:
HI, I found this on one of your other answers. Some cases there is an additional relayed required that can be obtained by the dealer. Since you have power on the left and right signals and brakes, it sounds like you just need this additional relay. Use the owners manual to find the locations for the relays. So where is the missing Fuse? I have a 7 ways plug, everything works but the 12v power and the running lights. I either have a blow fuses or missing a fuse? Trucks owners manual does not show where fuses are or go? So where is this missing fuse? I purchase from you the 3 fuses, the white one and the 2 blue ones. But it looked like under the hood those fuses were all ready there. Is there any fuses in the cab? That I should look for.

Fuses and relays are different things. A common issue on Nissan vehicles is that the tow package running light relay in the cab fuse panel is not present. One of the small blue relays you purchased would install there. The locations and functions of the fuses and relays are not in the owner's manual as you have stated. There should be a diagram on the lids of the fuse panels (under the hood and in the cab) showing the locations of all the fuses and relays related to the tow package wiring.
The large brown and white relay is the one that activates the 12-volt circuit. I have linked a video that could help.
There is also an issue on some Nissan vehicles in which the 12-volt wire and brake output wire are reversed on the vehicle side wiring harness. The 12-volt pin on a vehicle side 7-Way is in the 1 o'clock position and the brake output pin is in the 5 o'clock position.
Using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 you can test the pins to make sure those 2 functions aren't swapped. If they are swapped, then you can open up the back of the connector and swap the wire locations so they go to the right pins.
