Question:
I am looking to replace my installed low profile sink faucet with a gooseneck faucet to allow us to get our hands and dishes underneath,, but the gooseneck has to be able to be unscrewed to allow the bed slide to come over top when the trailer is folded. 3.5 Inches clearance profile when bed slides over. Existing 4 inch faucet picture attached.

For you the best option is going to be # PF211310. The actual faucet parts of this assembly can be unscrewed. I have linked a video review of it for you.
Depending on how easily the faucet needs to be able to be removed you may be able to install one such as # 277-000068. But basically with this style you would have to remove it from the sink every time you needed to fold up the trailer. I am not sure if that is how your existing faucet works but if so then it wouldn't be much different with # 277-000068 but I don't think it will fit in place of your existing faucet.
