The 3.5 liter EcoBoost motor was not available until the 2011 model year Ford F-150. Based on the 2011 owner's manual your truck will have a capacity of 8,200 to 11,300 pounds depending on the configuration of the truck. I have included a picture that points out the various towing capacities of the F-150 with the 3.5 Liter EcoBoost motor.
Things that have an effect on towing capacity are the cab style, bed length, axle ratio, and 2 or 4-wheel drive. So be sure to look at the correct configuration of your truck to get an accurate number for towing capacity.
I can recommend a 5th wheel trailer hitch and installation kit if you let me know the bed length.
