Will Yakima Replacement End Cap #Y8890283 Fit 2-Inch Hold-Up 2 Bike Rack

Question:
this would fit the spine not the add on right?http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Yakima/Y8890283.html it says here 1 and 1/4 but i think my hold up is 2 inches.will this fit?

The Yakima replacement Ed Cap # Y8890283 will fit both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch versions of their Hold Up bike rack # Y02445. The part of the racks where this installs is the same size. I confirmed this with my contact at Yakima.
