what kayak holders would carry 2, one 10foot and the other 12foot , on 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited would best fit this roof rack? Thanks!

Rhino-Rack roof rack # RRSG60 is for a regular 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Since you have a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited you would need # RRSG59.
To maximize the free space on the roof rack I recommend using kayak carrier # S512 with expansion arm # RRS512X. This set up will allow you to carry 2 kayaks.
You might be able to use 2 sets of carrier # RR570 and carry the kayaks side by side but it depends on the width of the kayaks too. The bars are only 50 inches long. The saddle cradles can fit within that space but 2 kayaks might be too wide placed side by side.
