Are all 4.80x12 tires the same width and diameter?

Not all 4.80 -12 size tires have the same tire width or overall diameter, though they are very similar. We carry 4 different 4.80-12 size tires, and those these measurements are very close, they are not all the same.
The Kenda K353 Load Range C # AM10062 measures a section width of 4.9 inches, and has an outer diameter when inflated of 20.7 inches.
The Kenda K353 Load Range B # AM10060 measures a section width of 4.8 inches, and has an outer diameter when inflated of 20.5 inches.
The Taskmaster Load Range C # TTWSF48012C has a section width of 4.75 inches, and an outer diameter when inflated of 20.5 inches.
