Question:
I will be purchasing your replacement spring and cable. Can you refresh my memory on how to replace they assembly? Thanks?

Expert Reply:
The correct replacement spring and cable you would want for your Gorilla Lift part # GL1 is the part # GSCC-400.
There will be a bolt and nut at the end of the # GL1 that holds the spring. When there's not tension on the system you will need to remove that bolt and nut so that you can get the old spring out. You will also need to remove the rollers at the other end of the unit so that you can pull the spring and cable all the way out.
