Will this system work with a 2015 F 150 Crew Cab 5.5 ft. bed and a frame mounted Reese outboard fifth wheel hitch rail kit?

To make sure the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs, part # AL88385 can be used with your fifth wheel installed on your 2015 F-150, you can check out the attached installation instructions to see if the truck has anything that would interfere with the system. The # AL88385 is designed for 4-wheel drive models with a stock height.

If you have a 2-wheel drive F-150, the right system for your truck is part # AL57268.

You will be removing the jounce stops and cups and installing the AL88385 bracket on the bottom of the frame rail as shown in the attached photo. The flange on the bracket is on the inboard side of the frame. If you have the room for the LoadLifter brackets to be installed with no interference, then you would be good to go.
