Can Camco Brass Tee be Used to Hook Up Auxiliary Propane Tank to Main Tank

Question:
I have a 79 Champion RV and want to hook up aux propane tank to main tank so i dont have to drive to get the RV filled up. Will this work? Where do i connect to the main tank under the RV?

Yes, you can use the Camco Brass Propane Tee # CAM59113 to add a second propane tank to your system. The fitting will need to go between the main propane tank and its regulator. You would then run the hose for the other tank to the appropriate port on the Tee.
