Question:
I purchased product Camco 59113 for my motorhome. I want to be able to connect a standard 5 gallon propane tank to is as an auxiliary propane supply. My propane tank can use a soft nose P.O.L. or the larger connection that goes on the OD of the tank fitting. The 59113 has a 1/4inch inverted flair thread. if possible Id like to be able to put a quick disconnect on the 59113 so I just plug in my tank to it. let me know what you have for that please. Thanks

Here's what you need to do. On the 4 port adapter there is a very small
plug with the tether on it going into a larger adapter with the other end of
the tether on it that goes directly into the barrel of the 4 port adapter.
Remove the small plug, then use a 5/8" socket to remove the 1/4" NPT fitting
that is directly into the barrel of the 4 port adapter. Then all you need
to do is use a standard 1/4" NPT nipple of whatever length you require to go
directly into the 4 port adapter with yellow Teflon tape and the 1/4" quick
disconnect goes on the other end. No adapters needed at all.
That original 1/4 inch adapter into the barrel of the 4 port barrel is in
with lock tite and takes some muscle to get out, but it does come out making
the entire project a breeze.
