Question:
Will the Blue Ox BX3332 Base plate fit a 2015 Chevy Captiva?

According to Blue Ox, the # BX3332 is a fit up to the 2014 Captiva Sport. They haven't yet had the opportunity to do a test fit.
However, Roadmaster states that the 2012-2015 Captiva uses the same # 3151-1A Base Plate. I'd recommend going with the Roadmaster Base Plate because it has been confirmed as a fit. If you went with the Blue Ox, and there was a problem, you might not have warranty coverage because the fit hasn't been tested yet.
You'll also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution and a supplemental braking system, as well as confirmation with your owner's manual that the vehicle can be flat towed without modification. Because some accessories remain powered up when the vehicle is being flat towed, you'll need a fuse bypass like part # RM76511. Your owner's manual should have more details about which fuse needs to be bypassed.
For a Tow Bar, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520 and the # RM-643 safety cables. The Falcon 2 is a high quality tow bar that features self locking and centering arms, which means that you don't have to center the vehicle perfectly behind the motorhome in order to hitch the two together.
For a wiring solution, the easiest method would be a magnetic mount lamp kit like part # RM-2120. Installation couldn't be simpler, but some don't like the wires running down the side of the vehicle. If that's the case, a bulb and socket kit like part # RM-155 would stay permanently installed, but wouldn't need to be spliced into the vehicle's wiring.
For a braking system, I'd recommend the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. It's a permanent install so you don't need to set it up each time you're ready to tow or store it when you're not.
I've linked you to install videos for the base plate, fuse bypass, wiring and braking system, as well as to some FAQ articles you'll find helpful.
