Question:
I have a 2014 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS and just purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V EX as my dingy to pull behind my Motor Home. Can you suggest the items I would need Base Plate, Wiring, Tow Bar, Braking System and Accessories and brand eg. Blue Ox, Roadmaster, etc? I want to make sure I get the needed items. Also, where do most people take their tow vehicle to get the items installed? THANKS

First let's start with a base plate kit for your 2013 Honda CR-V. For that you would want the Blue Ox Base Plate kit part # BX2258.
The most popular tow bar we offer that would work great with this base plate kit is the Blue Ox Alpha part # BX7380. This tow bar has telescoping arms that will make connection and disconnection possible on unlevel terrain. These are much easier to use than the fixed arms tow bars. This comes with safety cables as well.
For lighting you can use the diode kit # 154-792-118158, and not have to worry about drilling into the taillight assemblies. So that you don't have to mess with the hassle of pulling a fuse everytime you go to flat tow your vehicle you would also want the fuse bypass # RM76512.
And finally, most states now require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the two vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles. You will also need the # RM-9332.
I have included a couple of helpful links to our articles on flat towing for you. Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for more specific information on flat towing your vehicle.
The parts I referenced aren't terribly difficult to install so any shop in your area with a good reputation would do a great job.
