Each arm inserts into the receiver and locks in place with a simple twist, then secures with a pin. When it’s time to remove them, pull the pin, rotate, and slide them out—no tools or wrestling required. The base plate bolts directly to the chassis—no welding needed—and uses a sturdy design that spreads towing forces evenly to help prevent stress on your suspension. Already using another tow bar system? You can keep it. This base plate pairs directly with Blue Ox tow bars for a secure, reliable connection. It can also adapt for use with Roadmaster tow bars using adapter RM-031 or RM-031-5, or with Demco tow bars using adapter DM9523041 (each sold separately). Integrated mounting points let you easily add an electrical connector bracket for a tidy front-end wiring setup.
Everything bolts securely to your chassis using included hardware—no fabrication or welding required. The distance between brackets is 19" and bracket height is 16", so you can plan your setup around those specs. It’s a solid fit for anyone looking for a dependable, cleanly installed flat-tow connection that stays put mile after mile.

It is still working great and I am confident I will many years of use from it. I have used etrailer for my towing needs ffor over 10 years and it has always been a good experience. I intend to use etrailer in the future.

USE RED THREAD LOCKER....I only had blue and it worked loose last spring. I caught it when unhitching after about 5000 miles, tore the front end apart again, re-installed with RED thread locker & after another 5000 miles its staying tight. Cant fault the product as there was a nice label indicating using RED, but I missed it. Learn from my oversight & happy trails.
