Question:

I have a 2014 F-150. Are the nuts holding the factory bump stops welded to the frame? If so, is removing the bolt from the bottom and removing and replacing it with the timbren be all that is required? How much space should be left between the timbren and the axel? Is there a video showing instillation? Thanks

Most likely there is a bolt holding the factory bump stop on your 2014 F-150. You simply raise your truck up off the ground and use a 13mm socket to remove the bolt. Take a look at the video I included to see the removal of the bump stop and installation of the suspension, even though it's on a 2010 F-150 and different Timbren suspension # TFR1504D.

Once done, you will be ready to install the new Timbren rear suspension enhancement # TFR1502D you referenced. Ideally, the amount of space remaining will be about 1-inch between the bottom of rubber bump stop and the axle. If you have over an inch you will want to add a rubber spacer to take up the extra distance.
