Question:

I have a 2017 f-150, crew cab, fx4, 4 wheel drive truck. My bumper pull travel trailer weighs 8,800 lbs dry. The 1,000 lb sumo springs were recommended to me for the best ride and support, and that the 1,500lb sumo springs would be heavier than I need. Im wondering, because the videos I see, show the black, 1500lb springs. Just want advice on which weight springs I should get to benefit me the most.

The loaded tongue weight of the trailer will likely be over the 1,000 capacity of the blue SumpSprings part # SSR-117-40 so I recommend the black SumoSprings part # SSR-117-47 for a 2017 Ford F-150. The tongue weight capacity of the trailer (loaded) is the best way to choose between the two.
