Is it the number 11 white wire on the b cm on the 2015 gmc terrain the cold side of the brake switch to wire the electric brakes

Yes, it should be the number 11 position of the BCM you have on your 2015 GMC Terrain for the stoplight switch of the vehicle for brake controller installation.
I attached a picture that shows a diagram for the BCM with the correct pin pointed out.
