Question:
For trailer wiring on a 2015 Jeep Grande Cherokee I ordered and installed Curt wiring harness #55384 to enable connection of the factory installed 7 way connector to a 4 pin connector. I installed per the directions and do not have any power to the 4 pin connector. I have check the fuses to insure they were installed. Is there anything else needed to get this connector to work? I had seen some comments that the dealer has to make a programming change to enable trailer wiring connectionis this correct?

Your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee may have the connector needed but it's not active. First, I would use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the 7-way connector to see if it's active. You may need to contact a Jeep dealer to have them activate the trailer wiring as it sounds like yours isn't. This is a fairly common issue that we have seen.
